Meinberg SDK For MathWorks MATLAB

API calls exported by the DLLs shipped with the Meinberg driver software package for Windows can be called from MathWorks MATLAB.

There is no one at Meinberg who uses MATLAB, so there is no real SDK available from Meinberg. Anyway, here is some example code which has been tested by a couple of customers:
