Sync Monitor Alert

A “Sync Monitor Alert” alarm is shown on the WebUI's Main page:



There is at least one active error for a configured node on the “SyncMon” page. In the following example there are some NTP nodes configured for monitoring purposes and one of them is not reachable:



Not reachable nodes can be a possible trigger for the “Sync Monitor Alert”. In addition, the error is also triggered when a measured value exceeds a configured threshold value. For all nodes and sensors in the “Node” and “System Monitoring” it's possible to define threshold values. Per default configuration no thresholds are defined.

Make sure that a not reachable node can be reached by the system or remove the node from the monitoring in case the node doesn't exist anymore. if a configured threshold has been exceeded, ensure that the threshold is not too strict.
