How to Create Dataminer and Meinberg NMS Information Files

In order to create a support case, we need two info files of your Dataminer and Meinberg NMS instances. The following two steps explain how to create them:

1. Log in to the DataMiner Cube instance, open the user information at the top right of the window and navigate to the About submenu. There you can create and save a debug file.

2. Log on to the server where the Meinberg Element Manager is installed. Navigate to the folder C:\Skyline DataMiner\Webpages\Meinberg and copy the Meinberg_Element_Manager_About file to the same path where the debug file is stored.

3. After you have successfully created the files, send them to us.
