Settings for receivers of user captures via network.

Note

This structure shall be used to write the settings to the device with GPS command GPS_UCAP_NET_RECV_INFO_IDX. This can be done for index 0 to MBG_UCAP_NET_GLB_SETTINGS::num_recvs-1.
